Bloom 7 is a floral services company located in Miami, Florida, specializing in tailored residential, hotel and commercial floral services as well as individual custom arrangements. Our services are available for personal, corporate, and event use.
2. Ordering and Payment

Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery Times: We will make every effort to deliver at the requested time, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor. If delivery is not possible, the order may be returned to Bloom 7, and additional fees may apply for redelivery.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds are issued at Bloom 7's discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We may require photos of the issue to process a refund or replacement.

Events: For event services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
5. Product Quality and Substitutions

Freshness: We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers, however we do not guarantee longevity over 4 days due to the nature of florals. If you receive damaged or subpar products, please contact us immediately.

Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value without prior notice.
6. Event Services

Consultations: Consultations for event services are subject to availability.

Changes: Changes to event orders must be made at least 3 days before the event date.

Liability: Bloom 7 is not responsible for damages or injuries caused by improper handling of floral arrangements or decor by the client or third parties.

Content: All content on our website, including images and text, is owned by Bloom 7 and protected by copyright laws.

Accuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.
